We are not a direct lender, bank, or credit-decisioning entity, and we are not a party to any financing agreement you enter with a funding partner. We connect businesses with a network of lenders and funding partners. Funding amounts, rates, and terms are determined solely by the funding partner and are subject to review and approval.
Compensation
TopBizCapital may receive compensation from a funding partner when a business we connect is funded. This compensation does not change the terms you are offered, which are set by the funding partner.
No guarantee of funding
Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be approved or that any specific amount, rate, or term will be available. Approval is at the funding partner's sole discretion.
Credit inquiries
Checking your options through TopBizCapital uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score. If you choose to proceed with a funding partner, that partner may perform a hard credit inquiry as part of its underwriting, which can affect your credit score. The funding partner will provide any required notices regarding credit inquiries.
Costs and terms are illustrative
